Chef Ashish Dhar is the Culinary Designer of Café Pluck.
He brings with him over 15 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations, Client Servicing and Team Management in the Hotel industry. Before coming on board at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, he has worked with The Imperial, New Delhi, Hilton Tower Bridge and Hotel Holiday Inn, UK, Carnival Cruise Lines, USA, Bay of Bombay and Nukem Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. At his previous workplaces he learnt cooking techniques from chefs of various nationalities and incorporated the best of these in his cooking style.
