Café Pluck is a contemporary and stylish grab and go delicatessen located at the lower ground level of Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, offering an extensive range of tea, coffee and other beverages along with freshly baked treats and gourmet retail goods. It’s the perfect new spot to grab a cup of freshly brewed coffee even at midnight. Café Pluck is a favorite meeting place in the city because to its elegant urban setting, free Internet access, and convenient location next to Airport. Café Pluck also has its own in-house coffee roaster. Another highlight of the café is the Maître de Café or the Barista who can teach the art of coffee making to guests.
Roasting and transforming the green beans to the brown, aromatic pieces of caffeinated heaven that we know and love, is perfected to an art form at Café Pluck. From the misty hills of Chikmagaloor, carefully handpicked from centuries old forest plantations, comes the world’s finest shade grown coffee. Sown at an altitude of 2500-4000 feet in volcanic, rain-drenched soil, and harvested only between the months of November and January, the circle from bean to cup takes a whole year. Premium coffees from all over the world – Italian, American, Cuban, German, Turkish, Vietnamese, Spanish, Columbian, Austrian &Malay feature on the coffee menu besides the Pullman In house Arabica Coffee blend. These are served using suitable brewing and extraction techniques ensuring a delightful experience for all coffee lovers. The Maître de Café or the Barista teaches the Art of coffee making to those who wish to learn. Events around coffee making and around digestives will be a regular feature of Café Pluck. Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to create their own coffee blends for events.
Classics like Espresso, Latte, Capuccino, Macchiato, Mocha, Americano or coffee with a twist like Affogato, Iced Coffee, Hazelnut Coffee Cooler and Cinnamon Coffee Cooler are served at Café Pluck.

Pick from continental breakfast options like homemade Granola with Organic yoghurt & fresh berries or organic oatmeal consisting of stewed fruits and vegetables. Orange, Pineapple, Watermelon & Vegetable juices are freshly squeezed at the Café for refreshing goodness.
The Bakery attached to Café Pluck features perfectly done Scones, Muffins, Breads, Doughnuts, Croissants, Danish, Cupcakes, Macarons and Brioche. Local Street Snacks cater to the needs of those looking for Indian flavours; be it the Tandoor Fired Garlic Fish, Classic Tandoori Chicken or Charcoal smoked cottage cheese club style tikka, there is something for every palate. Sandwiches, Wraps and Burgers are made from in-house breads and homemade sauces are used as well.
Mains are a mix of Indian, Continental and Asian offerings such as Paneer Lababdar, Stir fried paneer or chicken with trio pepper and Schezwan chilli sauce. For health freaks, a wide range of salads is available. Italian section has pastas, risottos and wood fired pizzas that will go along really well with your drinks. Highlights from the Desserts are on rotation and seasonal availability. Highlights are Black Forest Pastries, Mango Raspberry dome, Fresh fruits Gateaux, Milk Chocolate caramel, Mango Tart, and Chocolate truffle Cake.
