Food Exchange is a signature restaurant offering an exceptional culinary experience comprising of Indian and European flavours coupled with an impeccable chic ambiance. It is a unique & modern take on a “gastro-hub” serving as a primary public food & beverage center of activity of the hotel. Food Exchange offers a casually elegant dining experience with a progressive modern approach to traditional Indian cuisine featuring artisanal desserts, home churned ice creams and familiar comfort food, all refined for the modern diner’s palate.

Chef Paramjeet, the Associate Culinary Designer at Food Exchange, envisions presenting the best buffet and A-la-carte spread in Delhi and NCR. He showcases progressive Indian cuisine at the restaurant with contemporary plating and aims to take Indian cuisine to newer heights. He focuses on fresh and novel ingredients to serve the guests.

A-La-Carte

The A-La-Carte menu at Food Exchange focuses on Barbecue items. Food Exchange has teamed up with Pizza experts to bring you the classic Napolitan Pizza. The hand rolled Wood Fired Pizzas made of superior flour and the Rotisserie form the USPs of the restaurant. The Rotisserie is the ultimate destination for meat lovers and offers a complete. Every day, we offer a different roasted meat from our Butcher counter to either purchase by weight or to immediately enjoy on a sandwich. The signatures of the Rotisserie include the Corn fed chicken and Lamb leg. These can be served with a choice of BBQ, Honey mustard or Chimichuri dressings.

 

Buffet

The lavish breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet spreads showcase a different menu for each meal. The USP of the buffet at Food Exchange is the choice of cuisines ranging from North Indian, South Indian, Oriental, Italian and more. A basket of freshly baked breads and pastries from the bakery is served with a selection of tea, coffee, homemade jams, marmalade and hazelnut chocolate spread for breakfast. There is a special kid’s breakfast designed for the little guests. For lunch and dinner buffets, the cold Teppanyaki, live crepes and waffles and live pasta counter along with the rest of the spread cater to needs of every modern traveller and aims to satisfy every palate. The Indian section showcases Indian Street Food favourites, kababs and homemade pickles, murabbas to tantalalise your taste buds. An exclusive Bakery Island features a vast variety of Indian and European desserts that are as appealing to the eye as to the taste buds.

The signature dishes at Food Exchange include Paneer tikka soft taco, cheddar, tell cherry peppercorn raita; Pumpkin & corn, peanut butter tikki, mango chutney, brown rice puffs; Pan seared salmon, spiced vermicelli hand-picked crab croquette, coconut and curry leaf sauce, amla murabba relish; Gosht padampura diced lamb slow cooked with Indian spices (from a village of Rajasthan); Hand rolled zero flour Pizza (all the way from Napoli).

Drinks

Cocktails and Mocktails at Food Exchange are made using fresh ingredients, homemade syrups and farm plucked herbs. Signature cocktails include Indian Sapores, a cocktail inspired by latin spirit, Indian Flavours and aromas. Jack & Rose, is a refreshing drink for anytime of the day with a mellow taste of Maple and a vanilla finish on the palate. Signature Mocktails include the flavourful Guava Slush, a refreshing slurry mixture of ice and guava. The Watermelon & Basil Thunder, is a watermelon drink with the perfect balance of basil to bring out the best flavours from both the ingredients.

Chef Paramjeet Singh Oberoi brings along 10 years of experience in the F&B industry. He has previously worked as the Indian chef at Marriott, Jaipur, Chef De Partie at The Oberoi, Gurgaon, Demi Chef de Partie at The Imperial, New Delhi. He has also worked with The Claridges, New Delhi, The Hans New Delhi and Lemon Tree Hotels. He was the national level award winner at Aahar International Fair
